Swimming the Witch believes that Photography and Art are the property of their respective creators and/or owners.  The only time that you’ll see photography or art on the site is:

1. If the photography or art is created by the contributors.
2. The work is being featured as part of an article on an Artist.
3. The photography/art is being used as a promotion for a site or product.
4. If the photograph/art is linked to the respective owner/owners.

This means that if you see someone’s jpeg posted on this site, it is either ours, our friend’s, or being used as a link to the original site.  We believe in that this preserves the integrity of the work.  If you wish to have a piece of your work removed, please contact our admin.
